An exciting week for ‘gastronauts’ in the UNESCO Hills of Langhe and Roero. A unique stay dedicated to true lovers of cuisine and food culture, discovering the secrets of Piedmontese culinary art. An expert local chef will involve you in exclusive 'hands-on' experiences, including a memorable cooking class in the woods! You will learn about the excellent typical products of the territory such as the renowned Barolo and Barbaresco wines, the precious Alba White Truffle and the delicious IGP hazelnuts. Your adventure will culminate in an inspiring visit to the traditional Saturday Market in Alba, the historic 'capital' of the area and world-famous food&wine landmark.
