The Monferrato is a landscape jewel nestled between Langhe, Roero and Lomellina regions, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is mainly an agricultural territory consisting of gently undulating hills in which the vine cultivation predominates. The prized native varieties allow the production of renowned wines such as Barbera, Grignolino, Monferrato Rosso, Ruché, Malvasia and Freisa. In the heart of Piedmont there’s a road different from all others, a road that crosses hills, vineyards, castles, villages and farms, full of taste and beauty: that’s the Monferrato Road...
